Eurapteka and UOKiK pending decision

In 2021, the Competition and Consumer Protection in Poland received an application submitted by DOZ S.A. to take control of Euro-Apteka Sp z o.o. and other companies operating in this network. The Euro-Apteka network has been operating in Poland since 2001, running 64 pharmacies. After the UOKiK approves the concentration, DOZ S.A. will take control of Super Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. and MLV 18 Sp. z o.o., as well as indirect control over Apteka Polonez Sp. z o.o., Apteka 36.6 Sp. z o.o. and Savima Sp. z o.o.
