As of July 1, 2012 Roni Drori, after being 2 years with the Group, assumed the position of CEPD NV President and Chief Executive Officer, while Michał Perlil took a post of the Group Chief Financial Officer and Business Development Officer.
Those changes came into force after Maria Wiśniewska and Rafał Kozłowski resigned from their functions in CEPD management board.
