On August 1st, 2017 Mrs. Karine Poindessault and Mr. Mark Schneiders were appointed as Executive Directors of the Management Board of CEPD NV. On the same date, Mrs. Alicja Kolesnik and Mrs. Zulaniene were appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Management Board of CEPD NV.
