As from January 1st, 2021 Mrs. Alicja Koleśnik has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Management Board of CEPD N.V. As of December 31st, 2020, Mr. Pedro Pereira Da Silva ceased to act as CEO and Executive Director of the Management Board of CEPD N.V.
