On the 4th of July 2011 in Vilnius, UAB Gintarine Vaistine, the company being a part of CEPD NV holding, concluded the agreement on purchasing chain of Litfarma Vaistine pharmacies. The value of the agreement amounts to LTL M 14.2 (approximately PLN M 16.3).
